Radiation Protection Autumn Workshop PDF Print E-mail

The aim of this initiative is to start a tradition of regular workshops focused on practical aspects of radiation protection. This workshop is aimed physicists looking to gain experience in radiation protection and RPAs wishing to refresh their knowledge and share experiences on practical issues relating to radiation protection. This workshop, which is provisionally scheduled for 2nd of September 2009,  has been accredited by EFOMP as a CPD event for medical physicists. A total of 5CPD points will be awarded to attendees.

The executive of the APSM wish to formally announce the date for the 2009 Annual Scientific Meeting of the APSM. This meeting is to be held in the Hotel Kilkenny, College Rd, Kilkenny on Friday 27th February 2009. There will be a dinner for delegates on Thursday 26th February in the Hotel Kilkenny for those travelling early to the event.
